EM: What are the main influences of the band, both musical and lyrical?
Our lyrics are about visions, dreams, feelings, life. Everything can be meaningful and we try to catch it! We love listening to hard rock, heavy metal, but also classical music, jazz or blues as well. Of course, classic rock and all the progressive and psychedelic music from the ‘60s and ‘70s has influenced our sound so much. That’s why our music combines genres and styles. Someone called it proto-prog, someone else hard-blues or crossover. Well, it’s only rock ‘n’ roll!
EM: Which do you think was your most important moment, as a band?
One of the best moment as a band was playing at the Hope and Anchor in London maybe. Dire Straits, Clash, Police, Ramones have been there! It was amazing!
EM: How do you see the future of the rock scene in Europe and in your country?
It’s not easy to answer! Rock is not died, but the situation for the new artists is not so good. We think there are more chances for the rock scene in Europe than in Italy nowadays.
EM: And finally, is there something you want to say to the visitors and fans of EUROCK MARATHON?
Yeah! EUROCK MARATHON is so cool! Old Rock City Orchestra is ready to rock!
